The Balearian was founded because we longed for a villa specialist that truly lives on the islands, knows every door in person and has a genuine answer to every question.
Our team draws on a heritage of luxury hospitality, architecture and owner advisory. We have made the Balearics our home for more than a decade, we speak German, English and Spanish, and we know every provider personally.
We work exclusively with villas whose owners we know, whose licences we have verified and whose standard we inspect in person ahead of every season.
