Long-term rentals in Spain's Balearic Islands: we offer a small selection of furnished houses as temporary homes under Spanish tenancy law, from 32 nights to 11 months, starting and ending on whichever days suit you. They suit anyone spending a few months on the island for work, study, a move or while their own home is renovated. We review every enquiry personally with the owner, and you then receive a written tenancy agreement.

Good to know
- You rent the house as a temporary home under Spanish tenancy law (LAU), from 32 nights to 11 months, and choose the start and end dates yourself.
- Your enquiry is without obligation, and we talk everything through with you personally. Only the written tenancy agreement is binding; it also briefly states the reason for your temporary stay, such as work, study or a move.
- You pay the rent by bank transfer within the first seven days of each rental month, and never more than one month's rent in advance.
- The deposit is one month's rent, paid by bank transfer. For some houses, additional security of no more than one month's rent is added.
- You pay no fees with us: no agency, service or booking fee.
- Utilities are clearly arranged for each house: included, as a monthly flat rate or billed by use. You will find this next to the rent of each house.
- If your plans change, you can end the tenancy after the first month with ten days' notice.
- You live as you would in your own home, furnished and without hotel-style services. Cleaning and laundry during the tenancy are up to you.
