When is the best time to visit?+
May to October are the most popular months. July and August are high season, while May/June and September/October often offer the finest balance of price and weather.
What is the minimum length of stay?+
In high season (July/August) we let by the week (7 nights, Saturday to Saturday). In the low season, shorter stays from 5 nights are possible.
Are the villas licensed?+
Yes. Every one of our villas holds an official ETV licence (Mallorca) or VT licence (Ibiza). The licence number is displayed on each villa's detail page.
What does the concierge service include?+
Private chef, babysitter, yacht charter, restaurant reservations, car and boat hire, security personnel; we arrange everything on request.
